You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

If you have requested that the provision of services begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is proportional to what has been provided until the time you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you

  1. have given express prior consent to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  2. have confirmed your knowledge that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal at the start of performance of the contract.

Note on the Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note: By activating a paid subscription and using the Service during the withdrawal period, you are expressly requesting that we begin performance immediately. In doing so — and upon your confirmation during checkout that you acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal at the start of performance — the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the Service has been fully rendered.

If you do not make such a request, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies in full.
